History[]

Beverly Hills Cop[]

Carlotta was sent by his superiors and met with an undercover Axel Foley in order to purchase stolen cigarettes. While there, he tried to purchase the truck filled with illegal cigarettes for $2,000 instead of the already agreed upon $5,000. Carlotta tried to trick Foley by saying that there was a mistake and that they had stiffed him on the extra $3,000, asking Axel to take the $2,000 and promised that he would make up for it in the future with another delivery from Axel. Knowing $2,000 was not enough to accept, Foley continued to pressure Carlotta for the full $5,000 when they were suddenly interrupted by a patrolling police cruiser. After Foley tried to trick the officers, they demanded to see both Carlotta and Foley's ID, resulting in Carlotta running away. Carlotta's partner quickly drove the truck away with Axel still inside the back, while Carlotta was chased by one of the officers. The other officer ran back into his police cruiser and chased after Carlotta's partner and Foley in the cigarette truck, resulting in a massive police chase which ended in tons of property damages and the eventual capture of Carlotta's partner, although Carlotta himself escaped.

Beverly Hills Cop II[]

Two years following the cigarette deal gone bad, Carlotta attended a deal with his Uncle Vinnie. Once again Axel was undercover trying to purchase blank American Express black credit cards from Vinnie. During the deal, Carlotta immediately recognized Axel as the same man from the cigarette truck incident. The two of them got into a heated argument, with Axel claiming that Carlotta was an undercover cop to which Vinnie did not believe, stating Carlotta was his nephew. Axel continued to claim that Carlotta was an undercover officer, to which Carlotta took offense to and explained that his friend was caught and now serving time in jail for the police chase. Vinnie tried to continue the deal but Foley cut it off, claiming he would not do business with Carlotta again and would only do business with Vinnie alone. With that, Foley stormed off from the deal leaving Carlotta angrily shouting at him as he left.
